Took Sea Doo OUt Mid-October, just me an a sailboat... sea doo ran great, had a total blast!!!

replaced the starter earlier this year, new battery(works great, thanks ed!), and replaced the grounding wire from the battery with good grounding wire from Shucks.

Battery burnt up on both ends, and engine is siezed...

95 Sea Doo Starter

Starter went out a couple weeks ago, ordered new one from Masco Electronics, put it in.. Ran Sea Doo for 3 hours last night, everything ran fine.. had a blast.....

Sea Doo Hours.

Put about 10 hours on the Sea Doo so far this summer at:
Chelan
and
Lake Sammamish

At chelan ran over a little piece of flotsam and jetsum wood, and it go in impeller, and then sea doo would only go about 5 miles an hour top speed. for $25 order new impeller from SBT, installed it and now sea doo working great again...

95 Sea doo wont start...

would not start in the water the other day after about 30 minutes of riding. In the end, what happened is 7 different allen screws in the carbs had all come loose, so too much air and water were getting in. Now I lock tighted those down, resolved the issue.

June 20th sea doo hours!

A totally awesome day, got down to boat launch in 17 minutes!!!! Kick Butt!!!
Total was out for 45 minutes riding time, was actually tired by then, did lots of fun wave jumping, the water was awesome...

June 19th, 2007 Sea Doo Engine Hours

Went out on Sea Doo again today.. Was out on the SeaDoo for 1 Hour Total. Fluctuated throttling, did go as fast at 3/4 way, and the thing MOOOVED!!!! Went faster than this huge speed boat...

Nigel's 95 Sea Doo XP

Maintenance Performed May 2007:

o Bought New Battery, charged it, and placed into Sea-Doo

o Cleaned Spark Plugs with Sand Paper

o Painted Seat, Handlebars, and Front Bin

o Cleaned Trailer

o Sprayed small amount of wd-40 into the Cylinders before starting

o Tightened and checked all hose clamps etc...

o Cleaned the Wires that connect to the battery to ensure good connection

I have made an appointment with I-90 Motorsports for Routine Maintenance and to see about fixing the Thru Hull Fitting Problem.

Sea Doo runs fine, except water is coming into the hull. There are parts internally that fit over the Drive Shaft that prevent water from coming in. The protection hose portion is completly shreaded/demolished and the Seal Carrier, although it is intact, spins freely on/around the Drive Shaft.
